瑞士卷


 瑞士卷

材料:

Original:egg180g,
flour60g,
milk70g,
oil30g,
sugar50g. 

做法:
1~把milk.oil加热,加入面粉拌匀,加入蛋黄拌匀。
2~另外把蛋白加糖打发。
(1加入2,轻轻拌匀。烘烤180C 10~15min.奶油:butter100g,icing sugar50g,milk少许。(打发)
