方形面包
方形面包食谱(顶角方面)
材料:
30g全麦粉
235g高粉
210全脂奶
20g糖
3g酵母
3g鹽
牛油10g
模具 450g
做法:
1。發後分割二份,排氣,鬆弛,滾圓,十分钟,再擀長條,做型入盒,發到八分滿冚蓋入炉,200℃ 35分钟。
